This ingredient is recommended for use up to 1.65% in formulations. The full 1.65% will form a very thick gel, if a thinner formulation is desired then add less until the desired consistency is achieved. For best results, add the powder to room temperature distilled water and allow to hydrate overnight. Once hydrated, mix the solution and add up to 1% preservative. Can be used as a base serum or added to an emulsion at room temperature.
