Wholesale Program Eligibility and Requirements
Initial Approval
Only customers who have placed orders totaling a minimum of $2,500 (excluding shipping) within the past 90 days are eligible to apply and be approved for a wholesale account.
Maintaining Active Wholesale Status
Once approved, accounts must reach a minimum of $20,000 in total purchases (excluding shipping) per calendar year to remain active and continue receiving wholesale pricing and benefits.
Account Reviews
We review wholesale account activity quarterly.
- Accounts significantly below pace (approximately $5,000 per quarter) will receive a friendly courtesy reminder.
- Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period or fail to meet the annual $20,000 minimum will be deactivated and reverted to standard retail pricing.
- Reactivation is always available as soon as purchasing volume returns to the required level.

*Custom Formulation Collaboration
All formulation discussions and development work are conducted via scheduled, paid consultations at $200 per hour. Payment is required at the time of booking. Most custom projects require 20–50 hours total ($4,000–$10,000), representing a small fraction of the $10,000–$25,000+ that's typically charged for similar exclusive formulas.
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 48 hours.
