Returns/Refunds/Exchanges/Store Credits

Return Policy

General Return Window You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Any request received after this 7-day period will be declined.

Non-Returnable Items (All Sales Final)

  • 55-gallon drums
  • Any item purchased at a discounted price, on sale, during clearance, or with a promotional code

No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for these items under any circumstances.

Eligible Items For all other non-discounted, regular-priced items returned within the 7-day window and in new, unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories:

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion.

 Refund For Non-Delivery Policy

No refunds will be issued for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier, regardless of whether the carrier was selected by us or by you, the customer. Unless you purchased additional shipping insurance during checkout. 

If additional shipping insurance was not selected during checkout and the order is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to contact the carrier directly to report a missing package and/or initiate an investigation or claim.

We include basic carrier insurance (typically up to $100 USD,). If you would like coverage for the full value of your order, you must select the shipping insurance option during checkout.

We encourage customers ordering high-value items to choose the shipping insurance option with signature confirmation for added protection.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your store refund, credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition.
Any item that goes beyond 7 days after delivery.

Store Refunds, Credits, Exchanges (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund, store credit or exchange will be processed, and will automatically be applied as a within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
It is solely your responsibility to pay for any and all Duties and Taxes related to your purchase. We will not honor a refund, exchange or store credit for refusal to pay said, as the merchandise will remain unclaimed and/or abandoned.
