Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bulk Serums. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 Business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation sms and/or email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bulk Serums is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at customersupport@bulkserums.com within 12 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to selected regions Shipping rates and delivery windows for international orders vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Bulk Serums is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
